What blends do you offer?

We currently offer four unique blends: Digestive Boost: Supports digestion and reduces bloating. Bloat Buster: Relieves bloating and supports overall digestive health. Rest & Digest: Soothes gastrointestinal discomfort and promotes relaxation. Gut Glow: Enhances digestive health and provides a balanced, invigorating flavor.

What is included in the sample pack?

Our sample pack includes one individually wrapped tea bag of each of our four blends: 1x Digestive Boost 1x Bloat Buster 1x Rest & Digest 1x Gut Glow Each tea bag is approximately 2.5g of organic premium ingredients. Our tea bags are plant based, bleach free, and biodegradable.

How should I brew your teas?

Steep one tea bag in boiling water (100°C) for minimum 10 minutes. For the best flavour and benefits, you can leave the tea bag in the cup. Don't leave the tea bag more than 24hrs. Adjust steeping time according to your taste preference.

Are your teas caffeine-free?

Yes, all of our four blends are caffeine-free, making them suitable for any time of day, including before bedtime.
